Lorne Sculpture Biennale
As part of the 2014 Lorne Sculpture Biennale Sculptors in Schools program I will be completing a short residency at Trinity College in Colac. I will be working alongside the students to produce a public ‘sculpturscape’ work that will be installed on the beach at Lorne on Friday the 21st of March.
I will also be exhibiting a small bronze work as part of the Small Sculpture exhibition (8th – 30th March) at the Uniting Church – Mount Joy Parade, Lorne.
For more info visit the Lorne Sculpture Biennale website.

I was recently commissioned by White Night Melbourne to paint the illuminated White Night signage on Princess Bridge as a part of the Tattooed City precinct of this years festival. It was an amazing night and a great experience to work with Hamishi Farah, Joseph Flynn, Stabs and also Andrew Walsh and the White Night team to realise this ‘collaborative colouring in’ project.

Dissect Journal
Proud to have contributed to the first issue of this excellent publication. Available at West Space or Assembly Coffee in Melbourne, or alternatively online here.
Dissect Journal is a new contemporary art publication that presents a range of longer essays, shorter reviews and artist pages.
Dissect Journal 1
The first issue explores the ways in which contemporary art can interact with the urban landscape and inspire varied experiences of public space. The production of public space and public art entails an enquiry into the meaning of ‘public,’ itself subject to debate.

East Sepik Trip
I recently had the opportunity to be a part of a ‘material culture and eco tourism survey’ in the East Sepik region of Papua New Guinea. Along the way we caught up with several of the PNG artists involved in the 7th Asia Pacific Triennial held at QAGOMA in 2012/13. It was great to visit the artists in their villages and also attend events such as the opening of a new Kwoma spirit house in Tongwinjamb, and a yam festival in Brikiti village. Big thank you to Martin Fowler, Justin Francis and Ruth McDougall for organising the trip, and the Papua New Guinea Tourism Promotion Authority for helping with flights and accommodation.
